We are now in the end of March and the weather start to be really good in Slovakia so we can now start to organise some place in the nature where to sit with others Erasmus people, and just chill, playing music and do some barbecues!
We find in Nitra the perfect place named the Hide Park, a place available for the public but a bit hide. In this park there is some people who live in total independence, they grow vegetables, have chicken and so on. In their park there is a barbecue in self-service, you can bring your food and cook there with friends.
There is also a lot of children because there is a lot of activities to do, they can give you ball for playing football or basketball, they also made a skate park if they want to practise skate, go scootering or rollers. There is also a lot of place so they can go cycling or riding.
You don’t have to pay anything to go in this place and every people who live here are very welcome. They told us that the weather start to be really good so they will start to organise some events in the Hide Park like concerts or theatre, everything is free.
In conclusion, if you want to go in nature and see beautiful landscape, with friends and really welcome people, just an afternoon to play music, make a barbecue, this place is perfect for it, I recommend this place.
